Booking Access Tickets

You can purchase tickets to all Adelaide Festival events via this website. To do so, use the genre selections under Filter Program on the main navigation panel. If you know the show you wish to buy tickets to, you can also search for the show by clicking on the magnifying glass on the right hand side of the main navigation. Once you’ve landed on the event page, simply click the red BUY TICKETS button and follow the prompts.

Access requirements

Please inform ticketing staff of any Access requirements to ensure that suitable seating is allocated or other necessary arrangements are made.

Fees and Charges

AF tickets are sold through BASS and are subject to a BASS transaction fee of $8.95 per transaction.  For more information visit bass.net.au.

Refunds/Exchanges

Tickets are sold in accordance with BASS terms and conditions of sale, and in line with the Live Performance Australia guidelines (liveperformance.com.au). AF will offer a refund if the performance is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated. AF Friends are permitted to exchange tickets to another performance of the same event, subject to terms and conditions.

Present your Companion Card or inform your ticketing operator when you are purchasing your ticket (along with any relevant concession cards). A second ticket will be issued for your companion at no charge.
